COVID-19 Update

While life has changed greatly due to COVID-19, One Long Beach Properties is committed to continuing to offer our guests a restful and amazing vacation experience when it is needed most. As we prepare for the Summer season, we wanted to provide a quick overview of how we have been enhancing our cleaning and safety practices to protect the health of our guests as well as links to Maine’s COVID-19 websites where you can access the most recent information related to travel.

Our Enhanced Health & Safety Protocol

If you have stayed with us in the past, you know that our properties have always been known for the highest standard of cleanliness, but we’ve further enhanced our cleaning and safety protocol based on guidance provided by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, the CDC, and the State of Maine. Specifically, you can expect the following enhancements to our cleaning protocol this season.

  1. All housekeeping and maintenance staff will wear masks while cleaning the properties and everyone has been trained on additional cleaning and disinfecting protocols.

  2. Deep cleaning procedures will be in place after every stay, including the use of EPA/CDC recommended disinfectants on both hard and soft surfaces.

  3. We have purchased a top of the line electrostatic disinfectant sprayer (Victory brand) and are using it for a final disinfecting and sanitizing of each home prior to your stay. All high touch surfaces (door knobs, remotes, cabinet handles, etc) will be sprayed and disinfected before you check in.

  4. All linens (quilts, blankets, couch covers, etc) will be washed prior to each stay. In addition, we have enhanced our bedding starting in 2021 and each home now features down comforters with duvet covers which are cleaned after every stay.

  5. Check-in will be contactless and all home manuals will be sent electronically to your prior to check in.
