York Beach, Maine is centrally located 1 hour north of Boston, 45 minutes south of Portland and only 5 hours from New York City.
One Long Beach - Main House, Carriage House, and Cottages
- Take 1-95 to Maine Exit 7, York. Turn Right at the traffic light, Rte. 1 South.
- Turn left at the next light, Rte. 1A North.
- Drive 5.3 miles on Rte. 1A through York Village, York Harbor and past Long Sands Beach.
- We are located on the left just after Broadway/Broadway Ave. Ext.

The Sand and Surf (sits next door to the Sea View)
- Take 1-95 to Maine Exit 7, York. Turn Right at the traffic light, Rte. 1 South. Turn left at the next light, Rte. 1A North.
- Drive 5.3 miles on Rte. 1A through York Village, York Harbor and past Long Sands Beach.
- Pass Broadway on your right then bear right onto Ocean Ave Ext.
- Take a right on to Mosley Rd. and an immediate left onto Bank Rd.
- The Sand and Surf is the 4th house on the left (53 Ocean Ave. Ext.)
- Parking is behind the individual house on the gravel. Please keep off the road and the grass.

The Sea View (sits next door to the Sand and Surf)
- Take 1-95 to Maine Exit 7, York. Turn Right at the traffic light, Rte. 1 South. Turn left at the next light, Rte. 1A North.
- Drive 5.3 miles on Rte. 1A through York Village, York Harbor and past Long Sands Beach.
- Pass Broadway on your right then bear right onto Ocean Ave Ext.

- The Sea View is the yellow house just before the Sand and Surf (51Ocean Ave Ext.)
